The take-away version of its deep-fried oyster omelette came in a styrofoam box with a sheet of brown banana leaf.
Two eggs were worked into this fried oyster omelette dish with a few small pieces of oysters. I liked the softness of the oysters. Its core was jelly-like and the oyster flavour was unmistakable. Too bad the egg omelette tasted rather salty. Oysters were too few and of small sizes.
Otherwise I would have awarded more points for this Pasir Ris neighbourhood coffeeshop stall's deep-fried oyster omelette.
