Japanese Food, Giant, Tampines

I sampled Japanese food at Giant Hypermart recently. Of the various types of Japanese food, I specifically chose the salmon shashimi for tasting. 

How did this Japanese food at Giant Hypermart in Tampines fare, compared to authentic Japanese restaurants?

I would say that this Japanese food dish tasted pretty good. It was tender to bite yet firm without being too soft and mushy. While not superior to those served at authentic Japanese restaurants, this came rather close.

I would certainly try it again when I am in Tampines, Singapore.
