Welcome to my world in Pasir Ris:

Hokkien Mee

Hokkien Mee

This wonderful looking fried hokkien mee from Blk 444's coffeeshop stall tasted as good as it looked.

I was hooked on the springy noodles the first time I placed this Hokkien Mee in my mouth. The strong flavours were adequately infused throughout the mee that had me licking my chopsticks.

The pieces of prawns were well cooked, and thus a little too stiff for my liking. The squid bits were a little tougher than I was used to eating too.

If you like eating hokkien mee for its mee, this dish should not disappoint.

Location: Coffeeshop stall, Pasir Ris Blk 444

Recommendation of Hokkien Mee:
Score = 8 out of 10 (for the mee in this Hokkien Mee)
